ExamRefine is not an official exam, approved prelicensing course, or guarantee of licensure. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any regulator, exam provider, or insurer.

Exam security

You may not submit, describe, upload, or request questions remembered from an official examination. Share only the topic or concept you found difficult.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls around the item bank and source materials.

Performance claims

Readiness bands are study signals, not predictions or guarantees. Licensing decisions and official exam results remain outside ExamRefine.

Paid access

PTCB PTCE access is sold as a one-time 30-day or 60-day purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The Checkout page shows the price and access period before payment. Promotional codes are subject to their stated expiration and redemption limits; the discounted total shown by Stripe before payment is the amount charged. Access begins when payment is confirmed.

Digital quick sheets

Each full quick sheet costs $2.99 USD once and includes a printable PDF and phone image for one exam and one reviewed edition. It is licensed for your personal study, not redistribution. It does not include exam practice access or guaranteed future editions. Selected reminders are not complete exam coverage or permission to bring notes into an examination.

A qualifying completed, positive-payment practice purchase includes the matching quick sheet at no extra charge, even after the practice access period ends. Free, fully discounted, refunded, and disputed purchases do not qualify. Refunds and disputes revoke related download access. Keep your downloaded files; we do not promise permanent hosting.

Focused digital study packs

The PTCB Calculations Study Pack is a separate $19 USD one-time purchase for one reviewed PDF edition and phone-reference image. It contains openly worked teaching examples, not a scored test or full PTCE course. It does not include practice access, a subscription, future editions, professional advice or a passing guarantee. It is not included in a quick-sheet or practice-access purchase.

Personal study use only; do not redistribute the files. Keep your downloaded copies because permanent hosting is not promised. The same seven-calendar-day full-refund window applies, including after download. Refunds and disputes revoke further download access.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase by emailing support@examrefine.com from the address on the account. A refund ends the related paid access. Service outages may be handled with an access extension or refund, as described in the refund policy.
