Independent preparation product
ExamRefine is not an official exam, approved prelicensing course, or guarantee of licensure. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any regulator, exam provider, or insurer.
Exam security
You may not submit, describe, upload, or request questions remembered from an official examination. Share only the topic or concept you found difficult.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls around the item bank and source materials.
Performance claims
Readiness bands are study signals, not predictions or guarantees. Licensing decisions and official exam results remain outside ExamRefine.
Paid access
Texas Life & Health access is sold as a one-time 30-day or 60-day purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The Checkout page shows the price and access period before payment. Promotional codes are subject to their stated expiration and redemption limits; the discounted total shown by Stripe before payment is the amount charged. Access begins when payment is confirmed.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase by emailing support@examrefine.com from the address on the account. A refund ends the related paid access. Service outages may be handled with an access extension or refund, as described in the refund policy.
