Privacy notice

What the current ExamRefine web service collects, what it avoids, and the choices you control.

Data we collect

Account email, exam and study preferences, item interaction metadata, purchase entitlement, support requests, study outcomes you choose to report. The public weak-spot check does not require an email address.

Data we do not request

Do not provide a government ID, exam-provider login, employer records, or remembered live exam questions. ExamRefine does not sell personal study data.

Study analytics

Timing, confidence, and answer changes help identify your weak areas inside your private study account. Optional third-party usage analytics runs only after you allow it. Question text, answer text, explanations, and personal details are excluded.

Current choice: Not allowed

Error monitoring

When error monitoring is configured, ExamRefine sends only a scrubbed error type and code location. Requests, user identity, breadcrumbs, form values, question text, answers, and error messages are removed before transmission.

Your choices

You can export or delete your ExamRefine account and study history. A shared sign-in identity may be preserved so deletion does not remove access to unrelated Sun Ryse products. Outcome reporting and research use require separate consent. ExamRefine will not publish your name, quote, rating, headshot, or outcome as a testimonial unless you separately approve that exact public use.

Current service
