Refunds and access extensions
Clear terms for one-time Texas Life & Health study access.
Seven-day refund window
You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase. Email support@examrefine.com from the address on your ExamRefine account and include the purchase date. Do not send card details. A completed refund ends the related paid access.
Service interruptions
If an ExamRefine outage prevents meaningful use for at least 24 consecutive hours, contact support. We may extend access by the affected time or issue a refund when an extension would not fairly resolve the interruption.
Need help?
Contact support@examrefine.com with a billing concern. Do not send a card number, government ID, account password, or remembered exam questions. Refund timing after approval depends on the bank or card network.
